Use of the service

By creating an account you agree to use SilaLingo for personal, non-commercial learning purposes. You must not misuse the platform or attempt to disrupt the service.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Content

All Thai learning content — words, sentences, audio, and curriculum — is owned by Nebularium. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.

Subscriptions and Payments

SilaLingo offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium features are available through a paid subscription billed on a monthly or annual basis.

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or through the Stripe Customer Portal.
• If you cancel, you will continue to have Premium access until the end of your current billing period.
• We offer a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you believe you are entitled to a refund.

Premium Features

Premium features may include, but are not limited to: mindmap visualization, premium announcements, advanced review settings, and priority support. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove premium features at any time.
