What we collect

We collect your email address when you register. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google. We also store your learning progress, review history, and XP.

How we use it

Your data is used solely to operate the service — powering your learning experience, sending account emails, and improving the platform. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Payment Information

We do not store your credit card details or other payment information on our servers. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, our payment processor.

When you subscribe to Premium, Stripe collects and processes your payment information in accordance with their Privacy Policy. We receive only a subscription status, customer ID, and payment confirmation from Stripe — never your full card number or CVV.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate SilaLingo:

• Stripe — Payment processing for Premium subscriptions
• Google OAuth — Optional authentication via your Google account
• Google Cloud TTS — Text-to-speech audio generation

Each of these services has their own privacy policy and data handling practices.
